This winter, our school will be supporting Lutheran Care by taking part in the 'Wear Your Winter Woollies' emergency relief fundraising initiative.

We invite students to join us by wearing their favourite winter woollies - next Tuesday 16th June - (e.g. scarf, beanie, jumper, oodie - NO ugg boots or pyjamas please. Please be mindful of what your child wears so that they can still safely learn and play. If they wear an oodie, they must having clothing underneath so they can remove the oodie for play)

This is a wonderful opportunity to show care and support for individuals and families in our community who may be doing it tough during the colder months.

To support Lutheran Care’s important programs, families are encouraged to contribute one of the following:

- A gold coin donation
- A long-life pantry or hygiene item (e.g. canned food, pasta, noodles, pasta sauce, tinned fruit, cereal, long-life milk, tea/coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand sanitiser)

We appreciate your support in helping us make a positive difference in our community.

Thank you Emily and Animals Anonymous for a wonderful experience for our Foundation students. They enjoyed seeing many native Australian animals up close and personal, and some lovely pats too.

The sessions were informative and engaging, with many of the students proving an excellent knowledge of our animals already! What a great way to spend the morning.

A special thank you to...
Marley the Tawny Frog Mouth
Sausage the Stinsons Python
Winston the Quokka
Chelsea the Big Python
Pepper the Salt Water Crocodile
Spenny the Goanna, and
LJ the Squirrel Glider
