💜 Bullying No Way Day at Holy Family 💜
Today, our Holy Family community proudly stood together to support Bullying No Way Day, with students and staff wearing purple to promote kindness, inclusion and respect for all.
We are incredibly grateful for the amazing support shown by our families through their generous gold coin donations to Caritas. Your contributions will help make a positive difference in the lives of others, while also reinforcing the important message that everyone deserves to feel safe, valued and respected.
Bullying No Way Day is an opportunity to raise awareness about bullying prevention and encourage positive relationships within our school community. It was wonderful to see so many students embracing the message and demonstrating what it means to live our motto of Strength and Gentleness.
Thank you to our families, students and staff for supporting this important initiative and helping make Holy Family a place where kindness shines brightly every day. 💜✨

💜 Bullying No Way Week at Holy Family 💜
Next Friday 21 August, our Holy Family community will unite to support Bullying No Way Week by wearing purple and bringing a gold coin donation.
Bullying No Way Week is Australia’s leading initiative for bullying prevention in schools. It provides an opportunity for schools to foster a shared understanding of bullying behaviours and highlight strategies for their prevention. By taking part, we encourage kindness, respect and inclusion, helping to create a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels they belong.
Purple represents acceptance, respect and standing together against bullying. By wearing purple, we are sending a strong message that bullying has no place in our community.
All gold coin donations will support Caritas, helping those in need both locally and around the world.
Together, let's live our Holy Family values of Strength and Gentleness by choosing kindness and ensuring every member of our community feels safe, valued and included.

Camp has officially begun and our Year 4 students have hit the ground running!
After arriving safely and settling into their cabins, it was time to unpack before taking on their first adventure, Bush Skills. Students had a great time learning how to create fire using a flint, discovering just how much patience and perseverance it takes.
The fun continued with an afternoon of Lawn Games, where teamwork, communication and plenty of laughter were on full display.
After enjoying dinner, the day finished with Glow Rockets lighting up the evening sky.
With perfect weather and lots of smiles all round we've had a fantastic day and can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
