Graceville Club Instructor, Master John Bates, and Assistant Instructor, Sabum Felicity Couperthwaite, were part of the Bai Rui team that was at Magnetic Island this last weekend

Over the weekend Bai Rui Taekwon-Do had a presence at Sun Soo ITF Taekwon-Do’s annual camp at Magnetic Island, Townsville. Everyone had a great experience and made new friendships.

Congratulations goes to Mr James Richards who was successful in testing for 6th Dan Black Belt. Well done Sir.

Time to practice breaking things 🪓🥋

There is a Breaking Seminar on this Saturday. All ranks and ages are welcome to attend. Students under 13 will be using different breaking materials.

Students are more than welcome to bring and wear shoes for breaks, so that they can do multiple foot breaks throughout the day without soreness.

Black Belts testing for Dan ranks at the end of the year are highly encouraged to attend!

3 hour Black Belt Class this Sunday

This Sunday there is an Extended Black Belt Class. This will be open to 1st Dans and above, and will be covering a range of Black Belt rank syllabus. This class will be led by Bai Rui Masters.
