Such an important professional development and critical reflection process to engage in, thank you so much Saurubh Malviya and We Belong Education. Many things will grow from this 💖

What a beautiful opportunity for Saurubh Malviya to spend a two-day visit at Imbil Family Day Care, where he got to meet Kellie an educator committed to learning and growing. Saurubh was fortunate to share his views on understanding children’s social and emotional development through self-awareness. Kellie was keen to learn which led to several challenging and engaging conversations between the two. As a result more positive atmosphere was created for the children in care.

What stood out to us was the focus on discussing theories and practices in the context of a family daycare environment. He also had opportunities to discuss children’s wellbeing with their parents and have scheduled further chats where parents could be a part of it. The critical conversations that ensued helped Kellie, Saurubh and the parents to learn, grow, and share knowledge in a way that was enriching for all.

Thank you Kellie for the experience and we look forward to our ongoing collaboration 🙏
