Split Second

Sent an email off to the runner of the F1 in schools challenge for Australia, Deborah, on chances of us getting to state on a wildcard. Fingers crossed

Well the regional comp is over, and unfortunately we weren't successful in progressing to the state final, but we didn't leave empty handed with winning best portfolio and best team marketing.

Only just over a day till the regional comp, our speeches are good, pit looks awesome and car is immaculate, all we have to do is present it all :D

Had a great team meeting tonight. Speeches are almost complete, only minor changes to do. Our Pit AV is being made, thanks Daniel Lui for making it for us. We even had a mentee Zac Adamson come along, he had a blast...... at least we hope he did :D

Last week was a huge week for
the Split Second boys, first of all we visited ANSTO and their engineering department, we got to see there amazing $300000 CNC lathe, it was so awesome. They also gladly agreed to machine our custom wheels. The the next day We had a visit from a manager named Denis Oste. he spoke to us all about different types of management and how we could apply it to our comp.

we would like to give a huge shout out to The guys, and girls at ANSTO for agreeing to make our wheels and Denis for his expertise

Can't wait till the 6th of june, not only is it both jacob and Hayden's birthday but the spilt second boys are off to ANSTO to check out the engineering section, should be a great day
