Last week in our primary school aged Dare to Dance session the children experimented with 'force' and 'flow' using balloons as a stimulus for their creative movement.

The adult dance workshop held last Saturday proved to be a very special afternoon, bringing together a very creative, enthusiastic and expressive group of people that threw inhibitions to exit stage right and got stuck into enjoying the moment! We are really looking forward to planning the next one. Watch this space for details! Thanks to all for making the experience a truly exhilarating one!

Two weeks until we share our very first dance workshop for adults!!
We have a wonderful afternoon planned for you, exploring improvised movement, responding to music and being mindful with the ways and reason that we move!!!

Last Monday we took Dare to Dance on the road for a workshop at North Nowra Public School! We had a blast dancing with 17 incredible movers with special needs!

Our Dare to Dance program received great feedback from our first term running! We exceeded our number of expected participants and have started this nifty little page! Go us!
We are now open for enrolments in our second program! Suitable for children ages 7- 10 who enjoy exploring the creative world of DANCE!
