Last Saturday morning, more than 30 cars travelled all the way to Wollongong for the competition. Throughout the day, each group rehearsed wherever they could — in a generous friend’s backyard, at the park, and even under a staircase in the evening. 😊

Behind every performance were countless hours of practice, video recordings, rehearsals, and parents driving long distances to support their children.

LMV orchestra Rehearsals went until 7pm.
but they not rushed out the door.
They stayed helping a friend find the rhythm,repeating passages again and again,lifting each other up.

“Carol of the Bells” is a world-famous Christmas work, adapted from the Ukrainian folk song “Shchedryk”, composed by Mykola Leontovych.
Renowned for its driving rhythmic pulse and layered, bell-like motifs, the music creates an atmosphere that is both vibrant and festive. It has since become one of the most iconic and instantly recognisable Christmas classics worldwide. 🎄🔔

LMV Ensemble Orchestra - Founded in 2022, the LMV Ensemble is Australia’s only private music school orchestra with year-round rehearsals and performances.
It includes Junior (AMEB 1–3), Intermediate (4–5), and Advanced (6+) levels, training students from primary to secondary school.

The ensemble performs at major Sydney venues — including the Opera House, Town Hall, and Concourse Hall,ICC Sydney, and Hurstville Marana Auditorium.
Each year, three to five LMV ensembles also compete in major Sydney regional competitions, consistently achieving outstanding results.
and represents the highest standard of private music education, bringing music and energy to the community
