🚲 Our Year 3/4 Community Bike Ride was a success! We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and a fantastic day out.

A huge thank you to all the parents and staff who helped make the ride possible. We couldn’t do it without our wonderful school community! 💚

Today our Prep and 1/2 students enjoyed a walk to the garden at the Hurstbridge Community Hub as part of our inquiry into healthy food choices. 🌱🥕

It was lovely to get out into the garden, have a look around and learn more about where our food comes from.

A huge thank you to the wonderful volunteers who showed us around and shared their knowledge with us. We really appreciated it! 💚

And of course, we had to stop for a little play on the way home! 😊

That’s a wrap on Term 3! What a day! 🎉

Just a little snapshot of some of the things happening around HPS today…

Our 2027 Foundation students made some gorgeous sun catchers with Mrs Sheppard ☀️ while our 1/2s finished and published their poetry books and put the final touches on their inquiry dioramas. 📚✨

Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday break! Enjoy the rest and we’ll see you all in Term 4! 💚

🌮 Taco time in 3/4 today! Our students enjoyed making tacos and getting to use the lettuce they’ve worked hard to grow in our garden. A pretty tasty reward for all their hard work! 🥬
