Huge few days doing a Ranch & Fundamentals Clinic for Big Valley Quarter horse Club with Trish Wettenhall Triandibo & Linc & Concettina Jessup. We had a fantastic weekend meet a lovely big group of riders. Everyone got pushed out of their comfort zones a lot of Ranch newbies but wow we have found some new Ranchers 👏👏👏. What a fabulous venue, catering and atmosphere. We covered Rules, gear, worked on trail, leads, stops etc and conformation. Can’t wait to see you all out competing. Hugest thanks to Hygain for keeping our horses in peak condition it’s definitely a crowd favourite 🙌. GRATITUDE, up early Friday morning working a clients horse looked up to the big gumtree that shades our round yard to see 5 Kookaburras just looking down on me.I thought to myself how incredibly lucky I am to work with horses and surrounded by these beautiful wild animals everyday. As a Mindset Coach I encourage you when you wake up today and start the day finding just 1 thing to be grateful for. Build on this over the next week and it helps retrain your mind to have a positive mindset. Life happens we all have times of stress, grief, anxiety etc but if we learn to regulate our emotions and control how we react, I guarantee this will 💯 percent help not only in life but incredibly how you ride your horses.
