Did you know I repair and service Music instruments?
Here’s a few snaps from this week…

1. Kala Tenor Ukulele- a fret clean and polish, body clean and polish, lubed machine heads, fresh strings and a bridge adjustment.

2. A mixed bag of student ukuleles for the Horsham Primary School. They’ve received fresh strings, a deep clean and a tuneup.

3. A pair of small size acoustic guitars that needed a fair bit of attention. Both had their fingerboards deep cleaned and polished, bridge saddle adjustments, machine heads lubed, fresh strings, tuned and ready to roll!

A flock of guitars from Horsham College in for their yearly service… Restrung, cleaned, polished, oiled, tightened, adjusted and bulletproofed for another year of playing well for upcoming musos 🎸 🎶

🎸🥁 WE’RE BACK FOR TERM ONE! 🎶🔥

Music lessons officially resume on February 2, and we can’t wait to get stuck into another big term of tunes, riffs, beats, writing songs, recording songs and progress 🙌

🎉 What a Year! 🎉

A huge thank you to all my amazing students, parents, family and friends for another fantastic year at Horsham Music. Your support, commitment and passion for music is what makes us such a special little community — I couldn’t do it without you!

🎶 That’s a wrap for 2025!
The doors are now officially closed for the year, with lessons kicking back off in the first week of February 2026. I’ll also be running catch-up lessons in January for any students who have a few sessions owing from Term 4.

📧 Returning students:
Please don’t forget to complete the email form I’ve sent out to confirm your spot for next year. Timeslots must be confirmed by January 1st — any unconfirmed spots will be released.

That’s a wrap for the Jam Sandwich music program for 2025!

Over the past 6 weeks, I’ve had the privilege of working with around 40 amazing young musicians — helping them learn what it takes to play together and perform live as a band.

We covered everything from band communication, creative collaboration, equipment hacks to instrument care, safety, and general music knowledge. We even explored songwriting and lyric-writing, and one of our more advanced groups took it a step further — recording an original track and filming a music video!

Massive thanks to Larissa, HRCC, and Amplify for making this possible. There’s already talk of the program continuing next year — stay tuned for updates!

Last week Horsham Music provided sound, lighting and DJ at the illustrious for a 150 km feast conference. We had a great time in this beautiful venue, thanks for having us!
