Bonsai Society of Queensland show today in Brisbane.

Pleased to receive 2 distinctions for my Swamp Cypress and Volkameria.

My Swamp Cypress has worked so hard this year and kept green all year. Like an athlete working all year, it needs down time now.
Time for a rest, repot and can go 😜 wild for bit!

Open stage demonstration with Andrew Edge today.

This juniper is about 25-30 years old and we styled it to accentuate the curves.
This tree has stunning red bark and nice movement.

Wonderful opportunity to work on a 50 year old Maba tree from the Malaysian Bonsai Society from Mr Teh Hock Lye.

As this tree matures, the trunk blackens. Nice gentle movement along branches and elegant flow.
