We celebrate so much on behalf of others; our children, our friends and family members, our colleagues, and of course our favorite sporting heroes.

We value their achievements, so just like we do with our 'kids' offerings, why not find our own ā€˜fridge door’ and display reminders of our own happy times, awards, goal achievements, or successes where we can see them.

Reconnect with those lovely feelings of personal pride and fulfillment… Position photos of yourself having fun, with your friends, family or partner in key places, so that you’re easily and persistently reminded of the people who care about you and what connects you...the good times, the wins the successes!

And why not take that theme to another level... wear your best dress or shoes on a weekday, or French perfume and lipstick to work from home. Use the 'good china' or buy yourself a very special coffee or tea cup, or even wine glass, so that when you take those few minutes to celebrate you every day ... you have something special just for you!

Don't wait 'til tomorrow, make the absolute most of every single day!

You know it…there is nothing more certain than change!

Problems, setbacks, challenges, fears, self-doubt, heartbreak, pain, are all part of being human! Basically, at any time, any number of things simply don’t go to plan or turn out quite how we’d like them to!

It’s how we meet and respond to those challenges that determine our ability to grow and keep showing up so that we can succeed in our pursuit of happiness, peace, or fulfillment.

Meraki Mindset is built on nurturing and maintaining a positive mindset; together with being able to accept that change is a constant, it is a critical characteristic of resilient people.

Having an optimistic approach, that inner belief and trust in your own ability to survive, if not thrive, despite whatever troubles come our way will help!

Resilience is not just about accepting change it is about embracing it.

How much 'FUN' do you have on an average day?

Not 'the life and soul' of every party, stand-up comedian type of fun.

The kind of fun everyday fun whereby you can have a giggle with the kids or colleagues, or laugh at yourself over something silly, or an awkward situation you find yourself in, and not let either spoil your whole day!
