2025 NAS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Melbourne Victoria - November 29th 30th

QLD - NSW - ACT - VIC - WA - TAS
Will battle it out over (TWO DAYS ) of non-stop action at the Doncaster College, Doncaster - Victoria

The NAS – National All Styles tournament circuit is one of Australia’s largest and most respected martial arts competitions, bringing together practitioners of all ages, ranks, and disciplines. Whether it’s points sparring, continuous sparring, traditional and creative forms, kata, weaponry, self-defence demonstrations, or even the high-energy extreme martial arts divisions, the NAS provides a platform for everyone to showcase their skills and passion. It’s not only a competition but also a celebration of martial spirit, respect, and diversity.

One of the defining strengths of the NAS is its inclusivity. Over the last 38!years, it has drawn competitors from a wide variety of disciplines such as Karate, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Silat, Tai Chi, and many more. This diversity highlights the true meaning of “All Styles,” where martial artists from different systems can compete on equal ground while learning from one another.

The circuit’s impartiality and fair competition standards have allowed men, women, and children from across the nation to challenge themselves and grow. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or a seasoned competitor aiming for national titles, the NAS offers a unique opportunity to test skill, build confidence, and be part of Australia’s martial arts community.

This year’s NAS Championships will be proudly hosted by Mr. Vincent Busuttil, State Director of Victoria, and his dedicated team, who have been working tirelessly to ensure the event is a great success for all participants and attendees.”

Instructors, Competitors and Families
National all styles New South Wales

The NAS has always prided itself on being a professionally run organisation for the past 31 years and is one of the oldest martial arts tournament circuits in Australia

We regret with sadness to inform you that the remaining NAS activities for 2022 have been postponed this year owing to unforeseen circumstances which is out of our control.

Sadly, since 2020, many of our full time martial arts schools, centres, instructor’s has decreased by 65% due to past and present Covid issues.

Government and health regulations which not only has affected our organisations, but every business, sporting bodies and most of all family’s throughout Australia

This resulted in the permanent closure of several full-time martial arts schools and centres, while many smaller clubs that support the NAS competition are still working to reestablish their clientele and profitability. They are also having trouble putting together teams to compete in upcoming competitions.

As a result, the rising costs for venues, insurance, awards, and flying officials from out of state to oversee events haven't made it any easier to make this decision, and we've lost a lot of our long-standing NAS officials, table official and staff as a result of Covid

Other NAS State Directors have also encountered their fair share of challenges this year while attempting to restart the NAS competition, given the devastation caused by this year's worst storms, flooding that swept through QLD and NSW and caused families and businesses to lose everything, and the loss of many long-standing Schools/Clubs due to Covid.

Alexsandra and I have worked diligently all year in the enthusiastic goal of restarting this years NAS competition circuit in NSW without success!

The remainder of this year will be devoted to growing NSW martial arts schools/clubs data bass in an effort to revive the 2023 New South Wales NAS tournament circuit

Once again please except our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused throughout the year and we truly hope you will continue to support the NAS Tournament circuit NSW in 2023

As the president and chief executive officer of the NAS competition, I've always made an effort to uphold the values of honesty, integrity, and keeping my word. However, there are some circumstances that are totally out of our control.

Instructors, parents, competitors feel free to give me a call to discuss.

Thank you for your understanding
