This transformation started with Michael ~

Michael lost over 15kg 😎 and as you can imagine m, a transformation like this has notable positive effects on other areas of life ~ such as health, energy, vitality, self confidence, career and in this case family!!

“ I’ve been training with Marc and Sarah since November 2022, and am very grateful to have their guidance for my fitness journey. Before I began training at Inside Out, I had very little confidence in the gym and one of my main goals was to branch out and learn new exercises. What struck me the most when I started training is how individualised the approach is, which has been perfect for me. I also love the sense of community at Inside Out and have met some lovely people through training. Waking up for an early training session is absolutely my favourite way to start the day now.
