This transformation started with Michael ~
Michael lost over 15kg ๐ and as you can imagine m, a transformation like this has notable positive effects on other areas of life ~ such as health, energy, vitality, self confidence, career and in this case family!!

We are so proud of our beautiful Client Ella!
I remember approaching her on the gym floor to assist her with some technique. She was relatively new to the gym but keen to put the work in.
Ella has completely transformed! She has not just lost over 10kg and kept it off ๐ She has grown so much in the weight room, adopted healthy habits and a positive mindset around movement and nutrition.

โ Iโve been training with Marc and Sarah since November 2022, and am very grateful to have their guidance for my fitness journey. Before I began training at Inside Out, I had very little confidence in the gym and one of my main goals was to branch out and learn new exercises. What struck me the most when I started training is how individualised the approach is, which has been perfect for me. I also love the sense of community at Inside Out and have met some lovely people through training. Waking up for an early training session is absolutely my favourite way to start the day now.
Iโve gone from feeling fatigued most of the time to feeling much more energetic and capable. This has been really beneficial outside of the gym too - Iโm a uni student, and I can see the improvements reflected in my marks. More generally, Iโm feeling a lot more confident and Iโve learnt so much about nutrition. Having knowledgeable and experience coaches take me through this process helped me find healthy balance and work on my relationship with food and exercise .
