This week Kimekai Tas turned 13 🎉 yes, we’re officially a teenager… look out. Thirteen years of growth, grit, community, and friendships that feel like family 🥋🥰

A huge thank you to our incredible coaches, instructors, students, and support crew. Some of you have been with us since day one, and it’s been a privilege to grow alongside you.

To kick off our “distance travelled” series, here’s Sempai Alec - from his first tournament with us to the leader he is today, we’ve shared a long road together. He’s grown a bit taller… and so has our club. We are proud to have built a place where people can grow up, grow stronger, and grow into themselves.

And speaking of proud - our small but mighty team smashed it at the Northern Champs today. 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥈🥈
Lina, Taiyo and Ethan took double gold in Kata and Kumite (yes… Lina + Kumite 💪). Sempai Alec picked up a silver & Ethan added a third medal for the day in cadet kumite.

Huge effort. Huge heart. Huge future. Here’s to the next 13 - onwards and upwards… now back to training 😅💪🥋
