These are the supps we take every morning! We personally change what we have through summer months to winter months!

In winter it’s super important to have vitamin D especially living in Tasmania. Without this you may feel flat, lacking in energy and get the SADS (seasonal affective disorder) from the colder weather.

THE BREAKFAST DIARIES 🙌🏼

We have had the past week off and one simple thing we were mega excited about was making eggs and bacon for breakfast 😂

So as promised here is a random collection of our breakfast diaries…and yes we discovered gluten free flatbreads 🤤🤤

Easy Collagen smoothie recipe for 2 ✅✅

6 large ice cubes
1 banana
1 mango
2 TBL of collagen
600ml of water

Blend it all up in the NutriBullet! Done ✅

One of our favourite ways to have bone broth…straight on top of steak!! 🤤😍

Another one of our favourite things on here is Leek! Kahny always will out at least 4 leeks in the trolley when we do the shopping…obsessed 😂 but these are just cooked up in a frying pan with butter and garlic until they soften and start to brown! So dam good 🙌🏼

One of our favourite ways to use Bone Broth is to cook veggies up in it and put it on steak!

Here we cooked up in a pan:
Butter and garlic. Added leek and cooked it until it was brown. Added enoki mushrooms. Added a grasped spoon of bone broth, dash of water, crack of pepper…. Ready and delicious ✅

Weekend treat recipe ✅✅

Protein Pancakes (GF) 🥞

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2/3 Cup milk of your choice
1 scoop lokako collagen powder
1 1/2 cups of gf flour or almond meal

Butter
Berries
Maple syrup

Method:
Whisk eggs and milk together until combined.
Add flour and protein and whisk until combined. If it’s too thick add more milk.

Heat a bit of butter in a small saucepan. Add pancake mix and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Should make about 6 pancakes. Add berries and maple on top to serve.
Enjoy 💖

Carbs are the devil 😈

You hear this way too often when talking about nutrition. Want to know the truth??

The truth is carbs are essential to anyone training or who has a physically demanding job.

There are no bad macros. No good macros. They are all good. You just need to adjust which ones you have the most of depending on what your lifestyle is like.

If I am training hard everyday my body needs protein and carbs for fuel and to recover.

If I’m not training and I sit at a desk all day, I don’t really need as many carbs. So I would mainly eat fresh lean food.

As always, it depends. Everyone’s lifestyle is different, everyone’s bodies are different and everyone’s goals are different.

This is why you need a coach, to help you learn what fuel your body needs ✅
