Tasmanian All Schools Cross Country Event

Dear Families,

If you have entered your child in the Tasmanian All Schools Cross Country, please collect a Mount Stuart Interschool top from the office for the event.

This is the Lost Property Tree - each item of clothing is un-named, can you please make sure you name your clothing or it will be going to the Second Hand clothing pool to be resold!

This is a big problem when the clothing is not named. I suggest permanent marker on the inside bottom hem.

Don't forget the School Association is running a Free Dress Day tomorrow (Wednesday) 10 June 2026. It will be a gold coin donation. Thank you.

A reminder that this Friday is a statewide professional learning day (student free day) for all DECYP students from Kindergarten to Year 12 💜

That means… no school and the perfect excuse for a little sleep-in! 😴

And the good news doesn’t stop there, Monday is also a public holiday for the King’s Birthday 🎈

Cross Country Wednesday 20 May Reminders

We are looking forward to a fun filled day of running, cheering and dancing tomorrow! The grounds are very wet and muddy so please make sure you pack some spare clothes/shoes for your child.

Just a reminder, Grade 3-6 students will be running along the footpaths of Weerona Ave and Gillion Cres between 9.00am-11.00am. Please try and avoid driving along Weerona Ave where possible during this time to keep our students safe 😊
