Hey Guys,
We're off to a great start for Kickboxing in 2022, as you can see in the video taken from our new Intermediate/Advance Kickboxing class that runs on Friday in addition to our usual Monday and Wednesday classes.
Cheers, Bahador
Hey Everyone, Bahador Here.
Last year was difficult and unusual for everyone and I hope that coming to Muay Thai has helped everyone through these difficulties, at least a little bit.
I hope you and all your family and friends are safe and happy and I would also like to thank you for being part of the story of my life and helping me become a better person as well as a better coach for all of you.
I have learnt many things from all of you and your cultures and I thank you for tolerating me even when I push you to do more “push ups 😊”.
I am looking forward to seeing you in 2021 at the PCYC.
I want to wish a happy new year to everyone around the world.
Warmest Regards,
Bahador
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to thank you all for coming to Muay Classes this year, unfortunately we won't be running any classes this week.
Muay Thai will be re-commencing on the 4th of January - I hope to see you all there.
Thanks
Hi Everyone,
Apologies for the late notice, tonight's Muay Thai class at 7:30 will be cancelled. Bahador is unable to take the class tonight and we have not been able to find a replacement in time.
We appreciate your understanding.
Hey Everyone,
This is a quick note to advise that I have arranged for a boxing instructor to take the class tonight to work on strengthening boxing technique. Please message me with any queries.
Kind Regards,
Bahador
