Matt’s passion for world-class Pinot Noir is infectious. Today, he is positively thrilled to be pouring Rippon’s 2016 Mature Vine Pinot Noir here in the office.

Ten years young, Rippon’s 2016 Mature Vine Pinot Noir is showing exactly why careful patience in cellaring is rewarded. The pristine blue and black fruit remains, now layered with cedar, dried herbs and exotic spice.

Great Pinot Noir doesn’t simply age. It evolves.
