Malaysian and Singaporean Society

For decades, the Malaysian Students Society has been a home for Malaysians studying at , and the Singaporean Students Society has a similarly story. Our two cultures have coexisted through .org.au, with whose support we have been able to enjoy our intertwined heritage with other students. We will still celebrate our cultures on campus, but the times where our two countries are represented separately through .clubs is over.

We will be coming into Semester 1 as a united student society. Whether you are Malaysian, Singaporean, or anyone else who wants to walk the road with us, we are looking forward to seeing you! 🌺

Ticket price has dropped and we’re saying it out LOUD, MSST brought to you: Karaoke Night!

Sometimes you got to scream it out and the 10th of October Friday night is the NIGHT (legally and judge-free). We know there’s a lot of assignments coming into Week 11, you can’t change the due dates but you sure can put your stress aside and SING IT OUT. We want loud, bring that ‘untimely late-night energy’ that once got you a warning letter slipped into your room the next morning. It’s time to unleash that inner diva/ rap god spirit, come in groups or come alone, we’re all karaoke maniac anyways. Let’s enjoy this, sing all you can!

For $15 (non-members $25) you get to sing 4 hours starting 6pm to 10pm with a soft drink of your choice. Alcohol available on site, drink at own cost and own responsibility. Special request: please bring THAT person in your life that says they don’t sing but they sing like Adele/ Bruno Mars, we’d like a free concert.
