• Juniors (ages approx. 5–12): 5:00PM – 6:00PM
• Seniors (teens & adults): 6:00PM – 7:30PM

🥋 Junior Karate Students Hard at Work! 🥋

Our junior karate class has been putting in the effort this week, practicing their katas and sharpening their technique. Kata training helps students improve their balance, coordination, focus, and discipline while learning the traditional movements that make karate such a powerful martial art.

It’s always great to see the juniors building confidence and supporting each other as they learn and improve with every class. Their dedication and energy make training sessions exciting and rewarding! 👊

If your child is looking for a fun activity that builds confidence, fitness, respect, and self-discipline, karate is a fantastic choice.

The holidays are over and it’s time for kids to get back into a healthy routine 💪

(Participation is entirely optional for students; if you choose not to purchase a pink belt, please wear your regular belt as usual).

We are excited to recommence classes for Term 3! We warmly welcome our students back to the dojo as we prepare for the upcoming grading in the fourth week of term and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to train with new students. Please note that during winter, we kindly request students to wear their gi to maintain comfort in the hall due to cold temperatures.
