What is a PA or Household Manager?

A PA (Personal Assistant) or Household Manager is a professional who assists individuals or families with various administrative and organizational tasks related to their personal lives and household management. Their responsibilities can be diverse and may include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, paying bills, and managing household budgets. In the context of Household Management, their role might expand to overseeing domestic staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs for the property, managing household inventories, and handling other tasks related to running a household efficiently. The exact duties and responsibilities of a PA or Household Manager can vary depending on the specific needs and preferences of the employer or family they are working for. Overall, they play a crucial role in helping their employers maintain a well-organized and smoothly running personal and household life. This service is customisable and depends on your daily, weekly or monthly needs that fit you and your family. This service can be paired with a Nanny role or can be used entirely on it’s own.

What is a Travel Nanny?

A travel nanny is one of my favourite roles. A travel nanny is a professional caregiver who accompanies families on trips and vacations to provide childcare services while away from home. Travel nannies have similar responsibilities to regular nannies but are specifically hired to assist during travel and ensure the children's well-being and safety during the trip. They may help with packing, managing children's schedules, entertaining them during travel, and organizing activities at the destination. Travel nannies offer parents peace of mind by ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for both children and adults. As an experienced traveller, I understand the dangers, experiences, excitement and nervousness that travel brings - whether its international or domestic trips I can help every step of the way from arriving a few days earlier and helping with packing to meeting you at your destination.

What is a Nanny?

A nanny is responsible for caring for and supervising children, typically in the absence of their parents or guardians. Their duties often include providing basic needs like feeding, bathing, and dressing the children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, helping with homework, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Nannies may also handle light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care. Their primary focus is to create a nurturing, supportive and stimulating educational environment for the children they look after. I have a nature-play based learning approach so that means I include natural elements in the experiences and encourage outdoor experiences. I also have a whole-child approach to child development meaning behind every action, response and behaviour there is a need that is trying to be met.
