Hello friends, Nancy Kaur here from Coaching Directive here to analyze the Twitter buy out by Tesla. As your would have heard by now Elon Musk has taken over Twitter! My reaction was definitely shivers down my spine when I heard the news that Twitter was now going to be a part of Tesla...but not for the reasons you might think.

I have a new perspective on the Twitter takeover from a leadership and culture point of view and what this buy out means for employees, including why Twitter employees are walking out and getting fired under Elon Musk's leadership.

That's right.. Twitter culture vs Tesla culture. The two workplace cultures operate under very different cultural and leadership models. This new perspective examines what it is like to work for Elon Musk vs the culture of working at Twitter. Fun, fast and servant vs sexist? and demanding.

What does this change mean for the lives of employees and their families?
Who will stay and who will leave?
Why are people at Twitter getting fired?

So often in our society women feel pressured to be in a relationship. Jokes are often made about cats and single women over 40. Popular culture has vilified single women as witches and evil characters. Sadly, the reality is that many women feel pressured to enter and stay in relationships which diminish their light because they feel society will not value them as a single women. Which is why I love the Finnish version of Valentine's Day 'Friend Day' which celebrates platonic love. So this Feb 14th why not show some love to your friends and family. 😘 Keep working, keep loving and keep growing.
