This week the children and educators participated in Reconciliation Week, learning and reflecting on the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and perspectives. We engaged in meaningful learning experiences, exploring painting activities, cooking experiences and stories.
These experiences encouraged the children to develop an appreciation for Australia's First Nations peoples and fostered respect, understanding and a sense of belonging within our community.🖤💛❤️

Today we celebrated all of our wonderful mums with a special Mother's Day afternoon tea. The afternoon was filled with crafts, sensory play and fun activities to enjoy. We also held a special Mother's Day raffle, with some of our lucky mums taking home beautiful prizes.

Today we acknowledged ANZAC Day, taking time to remember and honour the bravery and sacrifice of those who have served and continue to serve our country. The children participated in meaningful and engaging experiences such as creating poppies, poppy wreaths and participating in group discussions, as well as story times.
