Sunday training restarts this weekend 💪
Reminder that Sunday training at the Red Dragons Den starts back this coming Sunday 1/2/26.
Looking forward to seeing lots of people on the floor, especially those doing Dan gradings or intending to grade to brown tips/armband and above in Zen Do Kai or Muay Thai. It's an excellent opportunity to train with students from other clubs and gauge your progress/skillset off each other.
Or...push yourself to get into some ground work through BJJ and weapons skills in Swordsmanship.
