We are delighted to honour Sara-Jane Lai as our Coach of the Month.

Sara-Jane is a Radical Self-Care Coach supporting soul-led women to break free from autopilot, people-pleasing and burnout culture so they can lead themselves with courage, truth and self-trust. Her work goes beyond surface-level self-care, helping women reconnect with their inner wisdom, honour their energy and create lives that feel deeply aligned and fully alive.

Rooted in the belief that self-care is self-leadership, Sara-Jane empowers women to set bold boundaries, trust themselves fully and step into a more embodied, soul-led way of living. Her approach is both nurturing and transformative, guiding clients toward lives that feel empowered, expansive and genuinely theirs.

Congratulations, Sara-Jane — and thank you for the powerful work you do helping women reclaim themselves from the inside out. ✨

We are delighted to honour Kirsty as our Coach of the Month.

Kirsty is a mindset and identity coach helping women break free from people-pleasing, rewrite the “good girl” rule book and create lives that feel fully aligned and unapologetically theirs. Through mindset work, NLP, shadow work and boundary-setting, she supports women to reconnect with themselves, trust their voice and step confidently into the lives they truly want.

After transforming her own life from anxious autopilot to deeply authentic living, Kirsty now empowers others to stop shrinking, start owning who they are and make bold, self-led moves toward their dreams. Through her coaching and podcast Dazed to Driven, she brings honesty, humour and powerful encouragement to every woman she supports.

Congratulations, Kirsty — and thank you for helping women trade self-doubt for confidence, freedom and fierce self-belief. ✨

Right now we're deep in one of our greatest JOYS here at Team Beautiful.

That is...

Matching up all our new trainees with course buddies.

We LOVE it!

For those who choose to have one in our life coach training - a buddy is someone you get to coach and be coached by. And it's often described as one of the best parts of someone's experience with us.

Give a shout out to your course buddy below! Are you still in touch?

We know some partnerships that are 14 years strong into friendship now...well beyond their training with us which we love to hear.

There’s a really special bond that exists when you are - or are becoming - a Beautiful You Coach.

A knowing that you have this other person or people around you chose this very particular life coach learning and path above all others.

One that is heart centred, values driven and honours community and collaboration over competition EVERY day. All the C’s!

And we love seeing this play out in real life both within our own containers and events and also for those our coaches hold themselves or are a part of.

Seeing you Andrea Westbrook - TEDx Speaker & Coach and Kate Cashman | Coach connecting at an event in the beautiful isle of Tasmania, Australia!
