A special congratulations to JMAB students Stella and Thomas on progressing through to the Finals! Stella was awarded Runner-Up in Advanced 1 and Thomas received the Artistic Award in Advanced 2 ☺️

Thank you to our students and families for participating in Wear Blue Day and helping us raise funds for Beyond Blue! Together we raised $360.50 💙🦋
Wear Blue Day 💙 Australian Dance Community Fundraiser Beyond Blue
Last Saturday, our studio participated in Wear Blue Day 💙 Australian Dance Community Fundraiser 💙 Students and Staff wore blue & we had a bake sale to raise funds for Beyond Blue 🦋
In their conditioning class, our students slowed down to write something positive about every person in the room. They filled each other’s cups with anonymous notes, and then privately read them at the end of class.
They bonded with a teamwork activity and left with a smile on their face ☺️

The Aus Prix 2026 ✨
Congratulations to JMAB students Sienna And Thomas on their performances at 🤍
Sienna - Semi Finalist
Thomas - Finalist and Full Scholarship recipient to .intensive
Sienna’s favorite memories from The Aus Prix were the one on one coaching session with Nathan Coppen, giving her valuable feedback on her solo. The challenge of being exposed to a different dance style in the contemporary workshop with Lucas Jervis, and the opportunity to perform her solos in front of Lisa Bolte and take away her crits to implement for future competitions.
Tom had a great time competing in the Aus Prix in Melbourne and was thrilled to be awarded a full scholarship to the arteballet intensive in the Netherlands.

Student Highlight 🌟 From Australia to NYC 🇺🇸
Over the summer holidays, Grace & Jazlyn spent 3 unforgettable days at Joffrey’s Musical Theatre Winter Workshop in New York learning from Broadway choreographers!
Grace was accepted through and Jazlyn was accepted through a 3-day workshop in Brisbane 🤍
In just three days they took singing classes, broadway jazz and tap. Working with performers from around the world, they created a performance of “We’re All In This Together” to showcase on their last day.
Saying YES to opportunities like this can take you anywhere 🌎✨
We are so proud of Grace and Jazlyn, what a wonderful experience!
