New challenges, plenty of movement and a few spots waiting for some new faces. 💪

Already have a sport they love? Mighty Movers is a great extra session to build strength, coordination and agility on top of what they're already doing.

Haven’t found a sport they love? They’ll fit right in here too. No pressure to perform, just a fun environment, a great coach and plenty of chances to have a go and grow from there.

And if you're not sure yet... try a class first and see what they think.

Term 4 bookings are open now at Mako’s Health Club.

To them? They’re just having a really good time. 😃

Climbing, balancing, jumping, running, working things out… and probably burning through a fair bit of that never-ending energy while they’re at it. 😅

But amongst all that play, our little Mighty Movers are learning what their bodies can do, building coordination and confidence, taking turns and getting comfortable trying new things.

Our younger Mighty Movers are back for a 10-week block in Term 4, and we'd love to welcome some new little movers to the group.

If you'd like to see how they go first, chat to our team to book them in for a one-off trial class before committing to the term.

And if you’ve got one at home who rarely stops moving… send them our way. 😉🙌

Not every kid is a footy kid, or a netball kid. Some absolutely are.

Mighty Movers isn’t about replacing the activities they already love, it’s another way to move, learn and build skills that can carry across into whatever they do. 💪

For our older Mighty Movers, this looks like getting into the gym, learning how to move well, building strength, having a go at new things and doing it alongside a pretty great crew.

They don’t need to be sporty, and they don’t need to know what they’re doing. We meet kids where they’re at and build from there.

Term 4 is an 8-week block and we’ve got spaces for some new faces. 👋

If you're not sure it’s for them yet, that's OK! Have a chat to our team to book them in for a one-off trial class before committing to the term.

A glimpse into dry land training with Chloe last week. 💪

Strength, balance, coordination, mobility and body awareness all play a part in becoming a stronger, more efficient swimmer. The work done outside the pool helps build better technique, reduce the risk of injury, and gives swimmers more confidence when they get back in the water. 🌊

The strongest kids in sport usually aren’t just the fastest or most talented.

They’re the ones who can stay balanced, move well, recover quickly, stay confident under pressure, and trust what their body can do. 💪🧠

That’s why movement outside of sport matters so much while they’re growing. Building strong foundations while they’re young gives them skills that carry through sport, teenage years, and beyond.
