Red Panda has officially been promoted to Chief Tyre Pressure Inspector at the Australian Offroad Academy....

Today's duties included:
✔️ Supervising tyre deflations before hitting the sand
✔️ Ensuring the Milwaukee pump was ready for action
✔️ Staring intensely at the Tundra's tyres as if calculating PSI changes
✔️ Looking adorable while doing absolutely no actual work 😂
Dave says tyre pressures are one of the most important skills for safe off-road driving.
Red Panda says, "Less pressure, more traction."
We're not entirely convinced he understands the science, but his confidence is impressive.

Not every training day needs fluorescent lights & PowerPoints.
Sometimes the best lessons happen on steep tracks, in muddy ruts & out where communication, teamwork & good decision-making actually matter....

There’s always a moment during every roadtrip where everyone stops talking for a second & just looks around thinking:

And somewhere on the dashboard… Red Panda silently judging everyone’s driving 😂

Dave has a special talent for saying “you got this” at the exact moment a track suddenly looks WAY steeper from behind the steering wheel 😅
Somehow though… he’s usually right.
That little confidence boost after tackling something you thought you couldn’t do is honestly one of the best parts of offroad driving 👌

Some workplaces have team meetings.
Others have beach recoveries, dune climbs & memorable laughs while attacking sand tracks 😂
Honestly… we know which one we’d choose...
