We will be opening our doors for our Open Day today from 9am to 11am and would love to see you here!

We are so proud to support our local community. 💛

Today, we had the pleasure of donating a solid timber shelf to the wonderful Together We Grow Foundation as they continue setting up their new space. It was lovely to meet with Kim and see the passion behind the incredible work they are doing for children and families in our community.
Together We Grow Foundation provides early intervention support for children aged 0–5, with a strong focus on play-based learning, communication, and social-emotional development. Their family-centred approach empowers both children and their families to thrive, and we feel so grateful to play a small part in supporting their journey.

They are also hosting FREE playgroups at Torquay State School starting on Friday 1st May from 9am–11am, offering a beautiful opportunity for families to connect, play, and learn together.

At C&K East Street Kindy, we truly value supporting the amazing organisations around us. Community connections like these help create stronger, more inclusive opportunities for all children! 🌱

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Anna and East Street Kindy. Your support means a great deal to us as a newly established charity. We continue to search for a soft mat for our youngest children's play area. Donations are welcome.

Term 1 is off to a wonderful start at C&K East Street Kindy, and it has been so special watching our new Kindy friends settle in, feel safe and begin to feel right at home. 🫶🏽

We are also sending a big shout out to all our C&K East Street Kindy children who started Prep this week, along with our past Kindy children beginning the next chapter of their learning journey. We hope you all had an amazing first week at big school. 💙📚

What a beautiful week of celebrations we have had, with so many happy and proud faces as we said farewell to our Kindy friends finishing their last day with us. Thank you to all our children and families for your support, kindness, and dedication throughout the year. It has been such a joy watching your children grow, play, and learn together, and we hope they look back on their Kindy year with the happiest memories.

We wish everyone a wonderful, safe holiday and a joyful journey into school next year! 🥰👋🏽
