π±Growing & Learning Together π±
Our staff meetings are an important opportunity to come together, reflect, learn and continue strengthening our practice. π
During our recent meeting, our team completed a fire evacuation drill: an essential part of our ongoing emergency preparedness, even when children are not on site. π₯π¨
We also took the time to reflect on our recent quality visit, celebrating what we are doing well while identifying opportunities to strengthen and extend our practice even further. πͺπͺ
These moments of reflection, professional discussion and shared learning help us continue to grow as educators and, most importantly, provide the best possible experiences and outcomes for the children in our care. π
