The children have been engaging in a variety of exciting, space-themed experiences, sparking their curiosity about the planets, stars, rockets and the wonders of our universe. 🌟👩‍🚀 Through hands-on exploration, imaginative play and creative activities, the children have been developing their knowledge, creativity and problem-solving skills while letting their imaginations soar beyond the stars! 🌌💫

It’s been wonderful to see their excitement, curiosity and enthusiasm as they discover just how amazing our universe can be! 🌍❤️

Our Kindy children have been reaching for the stars as they explore the amazing world of planets and outer space! 🌍✨
Throughout Space Week, the children have been discovering the different planets in our solar system, sparking curiosity, asking questions, and sharing their ideas about what lies beyond our Earth. 🌙🪐
These exciting experiences encourage children to develop their knowledge of the world around them, build early science skills, and use their imaginations as they explore the wonders of the universe. 🚀💫
Who knows, we might have some future astronauts, scientists, or space explorers in the making!

🧘‍♀️🌿 Starting Our Day with Calm & Mindful Moments 🌿🧘‍♂️
Our Senior Kindy Urangan children have been enjoying 10 minutes of yoga each morning before heading off to play! 💚
This peaceful routine gives the children an opportunity to slow down, focus on their breathing, stretch their bodies and prepare themselves for a positive day of learning and play. 🌈✨

We love seeing our children begin their day feeling calm, confident and ready to explore! 🧘‍♀️🌿💫

💛 Child Safety Week 💛
This Child Safety Week, our Kindy Urangan children took part in the meaningful “My 5 Trusted People” activity using a five-finger template. ✋

The children talked about and drew or wrote down five special people in their lives who they can turn to when they feel unsafe, worried, upset, or need help.

It was a beautiful and important conversation about feeling safe, being heard, speaking up, and knowing who we can trust. 🫶

We loved seeing the children thoughtfully reflect on the safe and trusted adults in their lives and learning that they are never alone when they need help. 🌈💛

🌿🐞 Our Little Navigators on a Garden Adventure! 🔍🌱
Our Navigators Urangan ventured outdoors today to help clean and care for our garden area. Working together, the children showed wonderful teamwork and responsibility as they helped tidy and care for their environment. 💚🌿

Once the garden was looking fresh and tidy, the children extended on their interest by using magnifying glasses and becoming little nature detectives! 🔎🐜

They carefully searched through our outdoor environment, looking closely for bugs and insects and observing the tiny creatures that call our garden home, the children found flies, ants and mosquitoes. 🐞🦋

This experience sparked curiosity, encouraged children to connect with nature and provided opportunities to develop their observation skills, language and appreciation for the world around them. 🌏✨

What an exciting day of caring, discovering and learning outdoors! 💚

Our JK2 children had lots of fun exploring a Colour Monster sensory tray! ✨

Through scooping, touching, mixing and discovering, the children explored different colours while engaging their senses and using their imagination. 🌈👐

This hands-on experience also provided opportunities to talk about emotions and recognise that our feelings can come in many different colours. 💕😊

It was wonderful to see the children confidently explore, share ideas and learn together through sensory play! 🌟

🌊🐠 Under the Sea with Playdough! 🐙🐚
Our Toddler 1 Urangan children have been diving into an ocean of imagination through playdough! 💙

Little hands squished, rolled, pressed and shaped the playdough while exploring ocean-inspired creations. Using sea animals the children enjoyed using their senses, building fine-motor skills and expressing their creativity through open-ended play. 🐳🦀
