THIS IS HOW WE DO IT! 💙❤️

At Playball, every activity has a purpose. We scaffold children’s development, practise skills until they become more natural, build confidence and competence, strengthen communication and grow each child’s overall capability.

We do this by inspiring and motivating every child, creating an inclusive environment, recognising the importance of equity and building on each child’s individual strengths.

Our goal is simple: to help children feel confident, capable and ready to succeed—in sport, learning and life.

Learn, practise, play… It’s the Playball way!

Early Learning Services

As educators, we know that school readiness is about far more than literacy and numeracy.

It is about self regulation, confidence, focus and social competence.

Physical literacy plays a central role in developing these foundations. Through intentional movement experiences, children strengthen executive function, emotional regulation and classroom readiness.

Partner with Playball in Term 2 and extend your impact beyond the classroom through structured, EYLF-aligned physical literacy experiences that build confident, focused and school-ready children

👯‍♀️Working in pairs is more than just fun.

In Early Childhood, partner activities build the foundations of Physical Literacy and social development at the same time.

When children move in pairs they learn to:
• communicate
• cooperate
• adjust their strength and timing
• develop trust and body awareness

It’s not just about completing the task.
It’s about learning how to move with someone else.

At Playball, every partner exercise is intentionally designed to support coordination, confidence and connection; because movement is social. 💙

A heartfelt thank you to the educators for creating such a supportive environment, and to the children for reminding us why we love what we do. We’re honoured to be part of their early learning journey and wish them all the best as they take their next steps. 🌟 Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre Urraween

A big thank you to Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre Kawungan – one of the first centres in Hervey Bay to trust Playball to bring a movement, wellbeing, and sport program to the children each week. It has been such a pleasure to deliver these lessons and to follow the children’s development journey over the last three years.

I still remember the shy (and sometimes wonderfully wiggly!) little 2-year-olds who first started. They have learned so much, and it’s been beautiful to see how confident they are now—whether it’s a partner, team, or individual activity; hockey, AFL, soccer, tennis… you name it, they’re ready for anything!

I will truly miss their smiling faces and their happy hellos every time I walked through the doors. Coaching them has been an absolute joy, and seeing the impact of their growing confidence and physical literacy has been incredibly rewarding.

Grateful for every moment with this amazing group. 💛
