Another Dare2Donate is done!

Thank you to all the students who donated. An extra big thank you to the staff who participated by dressing up, getting involved in challenges, being slimes, dancing, collecting donations and everything in between. A like today would not be possible without.

Last night, our Year 7 instrumental music and voice students took to the stage to perform for their families.

Performing in front of an audience takes courage, and we were incredibly proud of the confidence and enthusiasm shown by every student. We hope this is just the beginning of many rewarding musical journeys throughout their time at OLMC.

And a big thank you to our, who made last night possible.

In the lead-up to Friday’s Dare2Donate, our staff and students have been busy hosting fundraising activities across the College. Yesterday’s sausage sizzle, accompanied by a fantastic performance from our Senior Rock Band, raised an impressive $600 for McAuley Community Services for Women!

Wishing all of our Unit 3 & 4 students the best of luck as they sit the G*T today.

Our Year 11 Visual Communication Design students recently visited Abbotsford Convent for a hands-on ceramics class. Working with professionals, students explored new techniques, developed their creativity and expanded their practical skill set. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn beyond the classroom and gain valuable insight from practising artists.

Our Year 10 Enterprise and Innovation students brought their business ideas to life today at the $20 Boss Market Day.

With just $20 in start-up capital, students created their own small businesses, developing skills in budgeting, market research, product design, marketing and business planning along the way.

Today was a wonderful showcase of creativity, teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit.

Congratulations to our Year 10s on a fantastic market day.

Congratulations to our OLMC footballers on a fantastic day at the CGSAV Division 1 AFL Tournament at Parkville Sports Grounds yesterday.

OLMC was proudly represented by 67 students across our Junior, Intermediate and Senior teams.

Our Junior team showed great spirit and determination across four tough matches, enjoying a fun day of football against strong opponents.

Our Intermediate team had an outstanding tournament, winning three matches and drawing one to qualify for the Grand Final. In a thrilling rematch against the team they had drawn with earlier in the day, OLMC narrowly missed out by just two points.

Our Senior team had an incredible day, going undefeated and winning the Senior Grand Final. This outstanding result means they will now represent CGSAV and OLMC at the Herald Sun Shield competition in August.

Congratulations to all our footy students and a big thank you to the staff who supported them.
