If you need any picks, strings, sheet music or new instruments during stage 4, Hans Music will still be delivering! These guys offer a great service. Now's is the ideal time to re-string all those guitars and ukes!
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
Dear valued customers. For the first time in over 40 years Hans Music will be closing our doors to the public as of Thursday this week. Whilst this is a very sad time for us, we are grateful to be able to continue to provide our community with goods and services through some of our other channels.
Online orders
Our online web team will still be functioning as normal and all web (and eBay) orders will be dispatched each and every day over the next 6 week period. We ask for your ongoing cooperation and understanding as the postal network attempts to manage an even larger influx of postage than it has seen in previous months, however we are confident and hopeful that the vast majority of our customers will be able to find what they need through our website, ebay and postal network.

Phone orders
Can’t be bothered with the website, or want to speak to a real person? No problem at all! Give us a call anytime during the week and our friendly sales staff will be happy to process your orders over the phone using a credit/debit card as means of payment.
Contactless 'click and collect'
Whilst contactless ‘click and collect’ seems to be allowed by the government for retail businesses, it is not yet clear how customers will be able to justify travelling to pick up non essential goods (described as any goods not from a supermarket, chemist, butcher, baker or newsagent).
For the safety of our customers ‘click and collect’ orders will need to be assessed on an individual basis and will only be granted if we can see that the order directly facilitates essential study or education. Please call our staff on 9725 8108 to discuss this further.
Please note that all click and collect orders are to be collected at the customers own risk. Please remember that substantial new fines are enforceable by police and we would hate to see any of our valued customers run into trouble...for this reason we strongly encourage web and phone orders were possible, saving click and collect only as a very last resort.
Lastly we would like to say a big thank you to all of our customers. The community support we have experienced over the past few months has been truly humbling and we thank each and every one of you for your resilience, adaptability and patronage.
We will continue to provide the warm and friendly service you are accustomed to over the next 6 week period and are hopeful that, before long, we can be back to something akin to a ‘covid normal’. Please remember that musicians are doing it really tough out there, so try to share the love with your muso friends and family.
