Looks like our work is making a difference!

Last week on Thursday, we had the great enjoyment of welcoming of Fathers and Fatherly figures to our school to celebrate Fathers Day. We begun the day with a hearty breakfast of bacon and egg rolls, continued with a special Liturgy presented by our Grade 4 level, and then activities around the school.

A certain highlight was the paper airplane activity, with different designs and elements being discussed, compared and trialled. Which just proves that Dads are still big kids, and quite competitive!!

Hello families,
This week our Grade 6 students will be presenting our whole school assembly and sharing their learning. We look forward to hearing from them, and as always - families are most welcome to attend, 2:15pm in the gym.

To celebrate our last day of Term 3, we will be having a Hot Dog lunch order day! Each Hot Dog costs $3.50 each with GF and Veggie options available. Orders close Wednesday the 15th of September and can only be purchased via the CDF pay app.

Thanks to all the families who have completed our school improvement survey so far. Don't forget that one lucky family will receive a $100 Gold Class voucher as a prize for giving their feedback. Please check your emails for your unique code to access the survey. The insights gained through this survey will support decision-making around student wellbeing, learning and teaching, communication, faith development, and community engagement, ensuring our priorities reflect the needs and aspirations of our school community. The survey closes on Friday 18th September.

Students are welcome to get creative at home, and submit a piece to our Student Art Competition. Entries can be brought to the office during Week 1 of Term 4, from the 5th to the 9th of October only.

To celebrate the last day of Term 3, we are having our annual Footy Colours Day, with students encouraged to come to school in their favourite sporting colours or uniform, be it Football, Soccer, Netball etc.
We will also be having a special Hot Dog lunch, $3.50 each, with all orders to be made via the CDF Pay app before Wednesday the 16th of September.
