I love it when you find a really good op shop, thrift shop, when you’re away and we’re always on the hunt for one! 😍
Well, we certainly found a gem tucked away in the Byron Bay Industrial Estate. Our Timeless Threads has a fabulous array of pre-loved clothes for everyone but this place is about so much more than just finding a great op shop finds.
They have an amazing workshop space onsite and are passionate about encouraging intergenerational creativity, bringing older and younger people together to make, share skills and connect.
Maia, who runs Our Timeless Threads, is a nurse with a real passion for welcoming older people into the space, collecting their stories and giving them opportunities to share their knowledge and skills with others.
The whole place had such a great vibe. ❤️ A wonderful mix of sustainability, creativity and community—and definitely worth a visit if you’re in Byron Bay.
