What began as a sensory tea inspired experience, quickly became a foot bath for little feet to stomp. Child led play in its truest form. We provide the invitation & they show us where it can go 🤍

Meet Ruby, one of our valued educators at Rituals! Our children absolutely adore Ruby and for good reason, as she is gentle, caring and ensures each child is seen 💛

“Hello! I’m Ruby, an Educator at Early Learning Rituals.

I was born in Perth but grew up in New Zealand. I completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2017 and have worked in childcare in New Zealand, England, and now Australia. In New Zealand, I worked as a programme coordinator for out-of-school care, and in England I worked as a nanny and preschool assistant.

I love seeing the world through children’s eyes, as their curiosity and joy remind me to slow down and enjoy the moment.

In my free time, I enjoy travelling, running, soaking up the sunshine, and doing charity or volunteer work. I’ve raised money for cancer charities through various activities, volunteered at a grief camp for children who have lost loved ones in America, and taught English in Laos.

My personal philosophy, and how I align with Rituals, is about creating strong connections and a calm, caring environment. I believe children thrive when they feel seen, heard, and valued.”

Meet Rosanna, one of our amazing educators behind many of the creative invitations and learning experiences you see on our Rituals page. Her passion for creating engaging environments and building meaningful relationships shines through in all she does ✨

“Hi, I’m Rosanna, and I’m an educator at Early Learning Rituals.
My experience caring for children began in New Zealand, where I worked as a babysitter, nanny, and educator. In 2022, my partner and I moved to Perth with our fur baby, Zeffer, where I have continued my ECE career with new opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy camping trips, outdoor walks, and spending time with family and friends. I love being surrounded by good people who fill my cup and make me feel recharged.

I thrive in environments built on strong, positive relationships, and that is what I base my early years philosophy around. I believe that meaningful relationships are at the heart of early childhood. Building trust and genuine connections with children, families, and my team is the foundation of everything I do. I see each child as a unique individual with their own strengths, interests, and ways of learning. My goal is to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and supported so they can grow with confidence.

I believe my personal philosophy aligns with the values of Early Learning Rituals, and I am excited about the experience and opportunities to continue learning and growing alongside a great team, our amazing children, and their families.”

“My name is Mollie, and I am the Operations Coordinator here at Early Learning Rituals. I’ve been working in the early childhood education profession for five years and hold a Bachelor of Teaching, along with provisional teaching registration.

Originally from New Zealand, I’ve been living in Perth for the past two years with my partner and a group of friends. Early childhood education is my passion. I find it incredibly rewarding to support and nurture children as they grow, learn, and discover the world around them.

I believe every child thrives in a caring, safe, and supportive environment where they are encouraged to explore and develop at their own pace. Being part of their learning journey and watching them grow into confident, capable individuals makes me incredibly proud of the work I do.

I am especially passionate about creating a warm, respectful and inclusive environment for all children and families, creating a home away from home environment. Building strong, trusting relationships is at the core of my approach, ensuring every child feels safe, seen and heard.

I feel very fortunate to be part of a passionate and welcoming team. Finding a small service like Early Learning Rituals, one that aligns with my values and teaching practices has been such a positive step in my journey.”
