Congratulations to our team who achieved 1st Place at the UNSW Consulting Club (UCC) x Oliver Wyman Trans‑Tasman Case Competition out of 150+ teams across Australia and New Zealand🥇

William Symons, Erin Chow, Samantha Chi and Samuel Elliott proposed an AI Digital Specialist for Upcover, designed to streamline broker workflows, enhance customer experience, and unlock scalable automation for the insurance space.

We are proud of the teams effort and strategic thinking, especially for Samuel Elliott’s Best Speaker result!

Our team gained practical insight into their structured approach to casing, how they break down complex client problems, and the evolving role of AI and automation in delivering smarter, faster solutions.

We are so grateful for an inspiring session that sharpened our thinking and expanded our toolkit.
