🙌 Well done to the UTS Case Team on another great performance! Last month, QBE Insurance Australia tasked UTS Case Team students with a real-world business problem - developing strategies to address the biggest disruptors in the Australian general insurance industry, including climate change, geopolitical shocks, AI and changing regulation.

🙌 Delighted that the UTS Business Building has been named one of Australia’s 50 greatest buildings (besides the Opera House) by Sydney Morning Herald Traveller! Affectionately known as the “crumpled paper bag”, it has been home to our faculty since 2015. A big thank you to architect Frank Gehry for your unique vision 👏

🏆Another trophy for the UTS Case Team! Last month, UTS Business students Erin Chow, Peter Gitman, Zacharie Smith and Maria Moutopoulos competed in the 2026 Corvinus Undergraduate Business Experience in Budapest, Hungary against 15 university teams from Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania.

🏅 The competition involved three consulting cases including a 24-hour case advising Allianz Technology Hungary. In a great result, the team placed 1st in their pool in the 24-hour case and fourth overall.
