And we’re closing it out with Jarod.
Jarod has already been working with a number of our students behind the scenes, helping shape some seriously incredible tracks, with two new releases on the way.
Based in Oakleigh, Jarod is a producer and songwriter with over 10 years of experience crafting modern pop and alternative music. A multi-instrumentalist across guitar, bass, and keys, and a 2023 graduate of the Los Angeles Academy for Artists & Music Production, he brings a rare balance of musicality and high-level production.
From live performance to creating sample packs for Splice, Jarod’s work is grounded in both creativity and precision.
His focus is simple: help artists level up, define their sound, and create music that actually cuts through.
This isn’t just about making tracks.
It’s about building long-term creative partnerships.

Next Up: Darius Papak
Darius is a Melbourne-based producer, recording and mix engineer, and songwriter specialising in indie, pop rock, and folk. Working out of his sunlit Mud Brick Studio in Lower Plenty, he creates warm, organic recordings that prioritise artistic vision and sonic exploration.
With over 20 years of experience, Darius is known for his artist-first approach, helping musicians uncover and refine their sound while keeping the final product true to their vision.
"When artists put so much into their music, the process should support that, not rush it. For me, it’s about protecting the feeling and bringing their vision to life."
Recent credits include Xandri, Paige McSmith, The Opals, and The Masons.
