I think sometimes when I say I run a 12-week program called The Real Life Reset, people assume it’s another weight loss program, mindset course, wellness challenge or some kind of “get your s**t together” situation…
It’s really not.
It’s for the woman who is doing life, but if she’s really honest, she’s not enjoying much of it.
She’s getting the kids where they need to be, going to work, making dinner, paying the bills, remembering the appointments, doing the washing, trying to exercise, trying to eat better, trying to be patient, trying to be a good partner, mum, friend, employee… and somewhere amongst all of that, she’s bloody disappeared.
Maybe she doesn’t feel comfortable in her body anymore.
Maybe she keeps saying she wants to lose weight but food has become this constant cycle of trying to “be good”, getting overwhelmed, eating whatever is easiest, feeling guilty and promising herself she’ll start again Monday.
Maybe she’s snapping at her kids and then lying in bed feeling horrible about it.
Maybe her brain never shuts up.
Maybe she’s constantly saying “I’m fine, just tired” because explaining how she actually feels would take too much energy.
Maybe she knows she needs to take better care of herself but genuinely thinks, where the hell am I supposed to fit myself into this life?
Or maybe nothing is dramatically wrong at all.
She just knows she doesn’t want to spend the next five years feeling exactly like this.
That’s who I created The Real Life Reset for.
For 12 weeks we work on Mind. Life. Body.
The thoughts, beliefs and stories running the show behind the scenes.
Food, movement, habits and routines that actually work when life is busy and messy.
Emotions, stress, relationships, boundaries, overwhelm and learning how to be a human without making every hard day mean you’ve failed again.
And yes, women have lost weight.
But they’ve also told me they can finally play with their kids again because they have the capacity to actually enjoy it.
They’ve stopped snapping at their partners.
They’ve learnt to ask for help before they explode.
They’ve stopped feeling guilty every time they choose themselves.
They’ve become more confident, calmer and more present.
One woman told me she no longer feels the need to escape herself and is now friends with herself.
Another told me she finally feels safe back in her body.
Another went from believing she was the “angry mum” and terrified she was repeating the patterns of her parents, to spontaneous dance parties with her kids before school.
That is why I love this work so much.
I’m not interested in giving women another 12 weeks of trying harder to become someone better.
I want you to understand yourself well enough that taking care of yourself, changing your body, having better relationships and actually enjoying your life stops feeling like another battle you have to win.
The doors to The Real Life Reset are open now. 🤎
If you’ve been wondering what I actually do, or reading my posts thinking holy s**t, she’s inside my head, this is it.
Comment RESET or send me a message and I’ll give you all the details.
