Trinity Celebrating Book Week 2026 in Style among Symphonies of Stories
In a true representation of the Book Week theme ‘A Symphony of Stories’ our students turned up for our Book Week parade in a glorious display of costumes. Fairies, superheroes, witches and Australian icons graced our stage as students shared their favourite book characters with an enthusiastic audience of parents and grandparents. The vivacious Trinity Staff joined in, embracing the theme as a ‘symphony of xylophones’. At the close of our parade students were excited to take part in four book themed activities. They created hilarious comic strips, personalised bookmarks, joined in telling an Indigenous dreaming story and decorated their very own instrument, a larger phone, before enjoying a delicious sausage sandwich. We were excited to share the magic of Book Week with our friends at the Harden Aged Care, proudly parading our costumes again and reading our Book Week creative writing pieces to the residents.
