At Harcourt Farming Co-op, we farm using organic and regenerative principles, and were certified organic from 2008 until mid-2025. In the past, certification helped us access certain markets, but now that all our marketing is direct to consumer, we no longer need that formal label. We keep things transparent by sharing our Holistic Management Plan, building strong connections with our customers and community, and welcoming questions about how we farm.

Come and see us at the Castlemaine Farmers Market!

Sellar Dairy doesn’t have any extra milk and only 9 litres of yoghurt for sale this week due to some cows drying off ready to calve. This will change soon, as Norma and Doris will be calving very soon! CSA orders will be there for pick up business as usual.

So grab your brolly and brave the wetter weather and say hello from 2:30-5:30pm at Camp Reserve, Forest St.

Come and see as at the Castlemaine Farmers Market! Sellar Dairy will be at the Market with a few litres of milk and a couple crates of yoghurt until sold out, so head over and grab some quality dairy and say hello.

It’s definitely heading towards the end of the market season for . They are rapidly running out of their lovely first grade Pink Lady and Packham pears, head along this week if you’d like some, they’ll keep very well for a few weeks in the fridge!

Come and see as at the Castlemaine Farmers Market! Sellar Dairy will be at the Market with milk and yoghurt until sold out after the arrival of Oz and Lavish, so head over and grab some quality dairy and say hello.

Fruit alert - are almost done for the year! This is (almost) your last chance to stock up on crunchy, organically grown apples and pears to tide you over until summer fruit season. Will they keep in the fridge? Yes, they will! We’ll see you at the market until the fruit runs out...

Come and see us at the Castlemaine Farmers Market!

Sellar Dairy will be at the Market rain, hail or snow tomorrow with one crate of yoghurt and two crates of milk up for grabs. CSA customers please turn out to collect your milk, we will try to be as protective as possible from the elements!

Orders for our strong, organically grown fruit trees from Carr’s Fruit Tree Nursery were due to close tonight, but we’ve extended it for a day - until midnight Wednesday 1/7

Many trees have sold out, but we still have great cherries, citrus, peaches, multigraft apples, and a very few exclusive plum/apricot fruit salad trees. And in exciting news, multigraft cherry trees are on sale for the next 48 hours!

Come and see us at the Castlemaine Farmers Market!

Sellar Dairy doesn’t have any extra milk or yoghurt this week, this is due to a combination of some cows drying off ready to calve, early winter where the cows are spending more energy keeping warm and also being in different stages in lactation. This will change soon, as Plush has just calved and we welcome the beautiful Lavish (pictured) to the farm! Also pictured behind them is Willow with her gorgeous new calf, Oz.

will have their own apple and pear juice, a lovely blend of their late season apples and pears that they pressed themselves with help from the Fruit Crew vollies! They also have some delightful red and crisp pink ladies, and 1st and 2nds of Packham’s Triumph pear.

Come and see us at the Castlemaine Farmers Market!

Sellar Dairy doesn’t have any extra milk this week but will have a few litres of yoghurt - so get in quick if you’re after some! This is due to a combination of some cows drying off ready to calve, early winter where the cows are spending more energy keeping warm and also being in different stages in lactation. This will change soon, as Willow has just calved and we welcome the gorgeous Oz (pictured) to the farm!

It’s Juice Day for ! Their delicious and unique apple and pear juice will be back at market this week, along with yummy, crunchy apples, pears that will ripen to delicious sweetness on your bench, and the last of the cooking plums.

Sellar Dairy doesn’t have any extra milk this week and only 10 litres of yoghurt - this is due to a combination of some cows drying off ready to calve, entering winter where the cows are spending more energy keeping warm and also being in different stages in lactation.

are drawing towards the end of the season, but due to it being such a late season, still have a great mix of apples, pears, and the last of the plums. And coming soon - their very own delicious juice!

Come and see us at the Castlemaine Farmers Market!

Sellar Dairy will have very little milk and yoghurt to sell this week and for a little while to come. This is due to a combination of some cows drying off ready to calve, entering winter where the cows are spending more energy keeping warm and also being in different stages in lactation.

have lots of plums this week which are still great for preserving and cooking, as well as some crisp Angelino to enjoy fresh. They also have their crunchy pink lady apples - both firsts and seconds, and Packham’s Triumph pears which are just starting to ripen nicely, taking about a week on the bench to achieve perfect ripeness.
