At HTK the children and teachers have set up a seed library, where members of the community can take seeds from our street library to plant in their gardens or pass on to others. 🪴 🌱

A sustainable way to share locally grown produce among the community.

Thank you Community Bank Sandringham!

We're delighted to share that Community Bank Sandringham has generously funded a new split system air-conditioner (heating/cooling) here at Holy Trinity Kindergarten!

A heartfelt thank you to Community Bank Sandringham for funding this vital piece of equipment. Their contribution ensures our children have a warm, safe and comforting environment to play and learn indoors. We are incredibly grateful for their support which helps us continue to create a joyful and nuturing environment for our children for years to come.

Recognise – feelings, warning signs, safe/unsafe situations       and secrets

Own – their body and understand it belongs to them

Assert – have confidence to implement the ‘No, Go, Tell’ strategy

Report – to their identified trusted adults and persist in telling them how they feel

Its world bee day 🐝

These amazing insects have been pollenating our planet for 100 millions years!! They are responsible for pollinating 75% of global crops and 90% of wild plants.

Bee populations are currently under threat worldwide due to habitat loss, pesticides, and climate change. You can support them 🔨 🛠

Planting a Bee-Friendly Garden: Choose native, pollen-rich flowers that bloom across different seasons to provide a constant food source.

Reducing Pesticide Use: Avoid chemical sprays in your garden, which can be highly toxic to bees.

Providing Water: Create a safe watering station by placing shallow dishes filled with fresh water and pebbles for bees to land

We are especially excited to welcome back excursion in June for our kindergarten kids.
