Final End-of-Year Celebrations
We finished off our end-of-year celebrations by bringing together our 2025 and 2026 student leaders for a special morning tea, recognising their leadership and the important role they play within our school community.
To end the day, our Grade 6 students completed their final lap of the school, with our Foundation to Grade 5 students lining the way to wish them farewell. It was a meaningful and emotional moment as we celebrated their journey and wished them all the best for the next chapter.

Gold Assembly
On the last day of the year, we continued our end-of-year celebrations with our Gold Assembly. It was a wonderful opportunity to recognise and celebrate the achievements, leadership, and contributions of our students.

During the assembly, we presented the Holt School Leadership Award alongside Federal MP Cassandra Fernando, as well as Peer Leadership Awards, Academic Awards, and Aussie of the Month awards.

We also took the time to thank our 2025 School and House Captains for their leadership and commitment throughout the year. Thank you, Kayden, Jennifer, Saide, Subhan, Milicia, and Davida.

Congratulations to our 2026 School and House Captains, Matilda, Martha, Dwat Dwat, Easton, Enayatullah, and Mahad. We look forward to seeing you lead with pride in the year ahead.

Grade 6 Graduation
Continuing our end-of-year celebrations, we proudly celebrated our Grade 6 Graduation. It was a special occasion marking an important milestone as our students prepare to take their next steps into secondary school.

We are incredibly proud of our Grade 6 students and the growth they have shown throughout their time at HPPS. Thank you to our families and staff for supporting our students across their primary school journey.

Christmas Concert
This week, we kicked off our end-of-year celebrations with our annual Christmas Concert. It was wonderful to see our students perform with such confidence and joy, and to share this special event with our families and community.

Thank you to our students for their hard work, our staff for their organisation and support, and our families for joining us and celebrating together. What a lovely way to begin our end-of-year celebrations at HPPS.

Last Day of School Tomorrow – Friday, 19th December

What an amazing year it’s been at HPPS! A reminder to families that tomorrow is our last day of school for 2025, with a 1:30pm finish.

Our teachers will be wrapping up the year and celebrating another wonderful year of learning and growth.

Please ensure your child is collected on time. Any students still onsite after supervision time will be taken to TheirCare at the cost of the family.

Thank you for your support throughout the year, and we wish everyone a safe and happy holiday!

Attention Year 6 families and those leaving HPPS at the end of the year.
Please ensure you have downloaded and saved a copy of your child’s previous reports from Compass. Unfortunately, you will no longer have access to Compass after Friday, 19 December.

Foundation–Grade 5 Class Parties

On Thursday, 18 December, our Foundation to Grade 5 classes will be holding their end-of-year class parties. Classroom teachers will send home more information about how families can contribute.

If you choose to send something along, please be mindful of allergies and avoid any foods that contain nuts. We are unable to heat or prepare food at school, so please ensure anything you send is ready to serve.

To help things run smoothly, please also avoid sending items that require refrigeration, sharp utensils, or glass containers.

Students don't need to pack food this day.

Reminder - Tomorrow is our Christmas Concert.

One Week to Go

We’re in the final week of the school year, and a reminder to all families that next Friday is a 1:30pm finish. Please make sure you’re prepared and organised for an early pick-up.

Our Grade 6 students will complete their final lap at 1:00pm, and Grade 6 families are warmly invited to attend this special moment.
