Exploring the wonderful world of data!

KBlue collected information, tallied our results, created colourful graphs, and then analysed what the data showed us. Our favourite activity was using smarties for our data, everyone enjoyed sorting and counting the colours, then graphing them to see which was most and least popular. Of course, the best part was eating the smarties once our graphs were finished!

Well done K Blue, what clever mathematicians you are. Mrs Waugh and Mrs Allum are so proud of all your fantastic learning.

Every Child Belongs at Hammondville

At Hammondville Public School, we are more than a school; we are part of the fabric of our community.

For generations, families have walked through our gates, built connections, made memories and grown alongside us. Today, that same strong sense of community continues to shape who we are.

We believe every child deserves to be known, valued and cared for.

We take the time to understand each child; their strengths, their interests, their needs and their dreams. We create a place where children feel safe to be themselves, confident to have a go and supported to grow.

Because at Hammondville, belonging comes first.

๐Ÿ’š A school where relationships matter.
๐Ÿ’› A school where every child is seen.
๐Ÿ’š A school where families are part of our community.
๐Ÿ’› A school where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

As we look ahead to 2027, we invite new families to become part of the Hammondville Public School community.

Come through our gates. Meet our people. See our school. Feel the difference.

2027 enrolments are now open.

Hammondville Public School.
Every child. Every day.
Everyone belongs.

Come and experience the Hammondville difference.

Skyโ€™s the limit for our typing skills!

Typing is a regular part of learning in 3/4 Sky, helping students build confidence, accuracy and speed on the keyboard while strengthening their writing.

Students have been developing their typing fluency through Typing.com, while also transforming simple sentences with more interesting vocabulary and a focus on grammar, punctuation and sentence structure.
