Massive news for West Aussies: under the next phase of our Australian-first WA Free RAT Program, every household will receive 10 more free RATs – on top of the five already announced.

In addition, half a million free RATs will also be handed out at some train stations, major events, universities, TAFEs, and shopping centres over the coming weeks.

And another 74,000 RATs will be distributed directly to households in remote and town-based communities through bespoke arrangements to get more RATs into these communities.

Due to international events, there is no doubt petrol prices are impacting cost of living pressures in WA, and we want to make sure this doesn’t prevent WA households from having readily available and affordable COVID-19 tests.

By providing free RATs to all Western Australians, we are able to ensure everyone is best placed to stay safe with Omicron in the communiuty and limit unnecessary spread of the virus.

Construction has been the BIGGEST interest that has come up with the children here.. especially with Mr.E and Mr.L. So I thought I’d finally dedicate a role play area based on this interest. Mr.E has seen it so far, and absolutely loves it. Hope Mr.L will too!!!

Some beautiful Valentines artwork for their loved ones 🙂 ❤️

The children painted canvases and stuck on hearts with a photo of them with their mum/family.

They had a great time being creative, and exploring different types of painting.

I’m so glad their mums loved it 🥰

It’s been a bit of a sad week as we say goodbye to 2 of our friends.

Miss H and Mr J have been here since 2017 (miss H) and 2018 (mr J) and I have watched them grow from shy little toddlers to 2 amazing young children. They care about their friends, and have seen old ones leave and new ones come, and have included everyone with open arms.

I am going to miss them dearly, as I have had them since I’ve opened, and they are the last of my “Original crew” 😭 but it’s not a complete goodbye, as we will see them in passing, and plan to have catch ups in the holidays.

Good luck in your Pre-Primary classes!! You will do amazingly. The crew will miss seeing you here on a regular basis, but hope to see you soon.

We explored Perth Zoo to find the hidden fairies! Both Miss H and Miss S love fairies, and it looks like it’s rubbed off onto the boys too!!

We trekked through the rainforest to find the hidden doors and fairies, and got to take photos with real fairies!!!!

Once we got home, we decided to extend this interest with making our very own fairy houses for the garden, and some dancing fairy wands!!

We will be expanding on this further by making our own fairy village 🙂 cannot wait to see how it turns out! Keep a look out for it!!!

So much fun at Kwinana adventure park!!! Was a little busy, but I had the children in matching Rashies so I could easily spot them!!

They had so much fun running in and out of the water and getting wet.

Best way to cool down on such a hot day!!!

Our outdoor area had a mini makeover! Haha. Some new things for the children to enjoy when we open up again. I can’t wait for to see them get into the sandpit and experience the water wall 🙂

Their normal favorites, such as the bikes and balls and basketball are still there, just tucked away around the corner 🙂

Merry Christmas to all my families!! Thank you for all your support through the year, I have loved every minute I have spent with the children, and watching them grow!!!
I can’t wait to see what 2022 brings us all 😁

Today we had our Christmas party!!! The children and their families all came for morning tea and lunch, with a surprise petting zoo with Farmtastic animals!!! The children enjoyed cuddling the ducklings, chickens and bunnies, but loads of laughter happened while feeding the sheep 🤣

Decorating the gingerbread men was a success!!! All the children were able to decorate multiple men and take them home to eat.

Thank you to Rosie from Roses & Moonlight Boutique Catering for making the delicious sausage rolls and mini quiches!! They were Amazing!!!

What a way to close out 2021! One more week to go before I close, and start again in the New Year!!!

Can’t wait to see what 2022 brings us!!! ❤️

A day of science!!!!

We did the traditional volcano experiment with a twist... using the bicarbonate soda and vinegar still... but I hid the color under the powder for a surprise element! The children were shocked and couldn’t wait to see what the other colors were going to be!!!

We did a new experiment with milk, food color and detergent. To see what happens when you touch the color with the detergent... it repels!!! Was absolutely fascinating to everyone! It created such a beautiful marble effect too!!

Last but not least, we made rockets that could fly with a puff of air!! This I think was their favorite! They played with these making them fly all afternoon!!!!
