We are so incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated, caring, and passionate leadership team at HVS. Every day, Julie, Tania, and Charlotte work tirelessly to support our students, staff, families, and wider school community. Their commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment makes such a difference to our school.
Thank you for the care, encouragement, leadership, and countless hours you give to our school community. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything you do.

Today senior students took part in their first session of Zero Plastics Australia Catalyst for Change program for 2026. Founder, Adam Slater, supported our students to explore sustainability, product design, and real-world environmental entrepreneurship.

Adam has been an integral part of our Senior Pathways Plastic Program, now in its second year. His sense of fun and obvious passion for the environment has shown us how we can turn post-consumer waste into a hands-on learning experience, empowering our students to become active leaders in the circular economy!

Thanks to his sustainability program and the support of our wonderful school community, we have saved 7,300 plastic lids from landfill, turning them into new and exciting products! Keep up the great work HVS sustainability superheroes! ✌🏽♻️💪🏽
