Regional Training Services Queensland is a Registered Training Organisation specialising in providing quality face-to-face training in Gympie, the Sunshine Coast and South Burnett regions. Our courses can be delivered at our training centre or on-site. As a Registered Training Organisation [RTO], Regional Training offers a variety of short courses in First Aid, RSA, RGS, Food Safety, Barista Skills etc. Training can be delivered at our training centre or on-site across Queensland. We also deliver nationally accredited Certificate qualifications in Automotive, Business, Administration, Hospitality Retail and Tourism. Government subsidies are available for eligible students under the Certificate 3 Guarantee program. Building skills for the hospitality industry in Kingaroy.

We recently welcomed participants to our Hospitality + Food Handling + RSA training in Kingaroy! Over the course of three days, participants developed practical skills and essential knowledge to support safe, responsible and professional practices within the hospitality industry.

The training covered important areas including food safety and hygiene, preparing and serving espresso coffee, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA), giving participants valuable skills they can apply in cafés, restaurants, bars and other hospitality workplaces.

The training provided participants with the opportunity to learn, practise and build confidence in a supportive training environment.

Skills in Action across Cloncurry & Mt Isa!👏

Our Certificate II in Outdoor Power & Equipment Technology training has been helping participants in Cloncurry and Mt Isa build practical, hands-on skills and industry-ready knowledge in outdoor power equipment.

From learning essential techniques to getting hands-on with equipment, participants are taking valuable steps toward a recognised qualification and future career opportunities.

A big thank you to the local organisations who helped connect participants with these training opportunities, including QITE Mount Isa, Busy at Work, Families Queensland, Injilinji Youth Services, Education Queensland, Good Shepherd Catholic College, and Rainbow Gateway in Cloncurry.

Food safety starts with the right training.

We welcomed participants to our Food Handler course in Gympie! Throughout the day, they built the essential skills and knowledge needed to maintain safe food handling practices, prevent food-borne illness, and contribute to a safe and compliant workplace.

From understanding hygiene requirements to identifying food safety hazards and implementing safe food handling procedures, this nationally recognised training is an important step for anyone working—or planning to work—in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, and other food service industries.
